Prenatal yoga that is intimate, friendly, joyful and effectively supporting your body/mind/spirit during a special time in your life! Enjoy yoga in a safe and nurturing environment, connect with your changing body and with your baby in a light-hearted and friendly environment, feel calm and grounded. All equipment (yoga bolsters, blankets, chairs, cushions and blocks) is provided in our beautiful dedicated Yoga Studio.
