I offer womb yoga classes in Wollongong. These are suitable for all women and are designed to work uniquely for womens' bodies. We focus on what works well at different points in the menstrual cycle, and the different phases of our lives. The classes incorporate asana (movement), pranayama (breathing) and deep relaxation. They are also suitable during preganncy and immediately following birth for post natal recovery.
