Come on your own or with your baby to gentle restorative yoga sessions. Maximum of 3 students. Using yoga props and bolsters to be in the most comfortable positions to allow you to relax, breathe deeply and replenish low energy levels.
It's a fabulous way to either rest as your baby does too, or to find new and more comfortable ways of soothing, holding, comforting or feeding your baby.
Suitable to attend whenever you're ready after birth.
