Women will experience how yoga can promote and support deep health and well-being through and beyond menopause. They will encounter yoga practices that can alleviate some of the challenging symptoms of menopause including deep exhaustions, memory loss, hot flushes and vaginal dryness. They will delight in a series of nourishing poses and breath work to promote self-acceptance, embracing of change and the awakening of a deep vital energy for a positive transformation during this time of great change. It is rooted in the understanding that welcoming and honoring menopause is to step into a powerful spiritual initiation that celebrates the wisdom of women’s post-menstruating years.
