General yoga classes

Weekly 90-min general yoga class for women who would like to practice female-centered womb-friendly yoga in an all-female environment.
Slow, mindful asana, pranayama, and meditations designed to help women reconnect to their bodies (female parts and all) in a loving, respectful way through practices promoting menstrual awareness and honoring the womb and heart as sources of inner strength and ancient wisdom.

Classes are taught in German.

A fluid class to help you either prepare for the day ahead or unwind at the end of the day. Harmonizing the breath with mindful movements, this vinyasa-flow style class draws inspiration from the natural elements to smoothly flow through sweet transitions and soothing sequences. With a focus on listening in to your own body, you will build strength and flexibility, while also releasing tension and quieting the mind. Each class ends with deep relaxation or a yoga nidra practice that nourish the body, mind and soul.

Suitable for all, this Hatha class is a mindful practice with an emphasis on synchronisation of breath and movement, meeting yourself with acceptance and safe alignment in the postures. Following a gentle warm up, the class will build to strengthening poses and end with a deep relaxation in the form of Yoga Nidra, aiming to leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised.

I'm a fully qualified Mizan Therapist ((womb massage - traditional reproductive healing)):

I also offer 'Womb Wisdom Workshops' in the Peak District and further afield. These involve a mixture of Mizan Therapy and Womb Yoga.

I am available for private lessons - Womb Yoga or specifically tailored to be a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Womb Yoga.

I bring together all I have learned from yoga (certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Source Power and pregnancy yoga) to offer a practice which is interesting, relevant and helpful in our daily lives.

You will enjoy the grounding postures and creative sequences which promote strength and flexibility, creativity, release and relaxation.
