A gentle class for women from 14 weeks til Birth. Gentle movements, breathing practices, meditations and deep relaxation to nourish you and your baby. Tips to help manage back pain, pelvic pain, cramps, sleep problems, anxiety, and other issues that may arise in the pregnancy.
We also target specific areas in the body that need extra support during this time: tummies, pelvis, pelvic floor, back, shoulders, postural alignment.
Birth preparation include: movements and positions for labour and birth, breathing to manage stress, tension and pain, keeping calm (managing the emotional ups and downs of labour and birth), positive birthing, self-management during medical procedures, mental preparation for bringing your wee one into the world.
Teaching yoga since 2001 and pregnancy and post-natal yoga since 208. trained with Birthlight UK and Uma Dinsmore-tuli. Trained yoga therapist with Yoga Campus UK.
