Whether you are preparing to start a family, have been hoping to become pregnant for some time, or are undergoing a programme of IVF or other assisted reproductive technologies, these classes are nourishing, restful, and extremely beneficial.
Elements of Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Somatics and Yoga Nidra are combined to lower stress and anxiety levels, balance your endocrine and nervous systems, facilitate deep relaxation, and release tension and congestion through your whole body-mind.
The practices also encourage a connection with your womb space and energies, supporting familiarity and trust with your unique rhythms, boosting your menstrual and reproductive health and optimising your possibilities of conception and a healthy pregnancy.
Yoga for Fertility classes are open to women at any stage of the fertility journey.
