Using the teachings of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Angela Farmer amongst others, we will explore together how practising Yoga with a feminine focus might be more comfortable and ultimately more helpful for our bodies than more conventional forms of Yoga.
This is not a specialist class for pregnancy, birth or post natal. However, pregnant women (over 3 months), post partum (at least 6 weeks from birth), lactating and menopausal women are all most welcome.
If you do not feel up to practising on a class day, come along anyway and just be in the space. That’s also Yoga.
