We will explore together how practising yoga with a feminine focus might be more comfortable and ultimately more helpful for our bodies than the more common masculine approach.
This is not a specialist class for pregnancy, birth or post natal.
However, pregnant women (over 3 months) , post partum (at least 6 weeks from birth), lactating and menopausal women are all most welcome.
If you do not feel up to practising on a class day, come along anyway and just be in the space. That’s also Yoga.
All classes have a Yoga Nidra component for ultimate relaxation and deep healing on many levels.
