This class is appropriate for women of all ages and focuses on healing the woman, growing the woman, strengthening the woman and empowering the woman from within.

Private lessons in Well-Woman Yoga are essential for women dealing with infertility, repeat miscarriage, endometriosis, incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse, pubic symphosis syndrome, low back pain, postural changes or any other issues surrounding the pelvis and womb space.
