This is a weekly class (during school terms) from 6.15-7.45pm on Thursdays.
These small, friendly sessions are for all women of all ages who are interested in the deeply healing power of sharing and of sacred practices that cultivate our female essence. They focus on gentle, nourishing Yoga and Qigong practices to promote overall well-being, as well as on healing any specific issues - such as fertility, menstrual or menopausal problems - that you and others may bring along.
The specialised Yoga and Qigong practices heal and empower us both by promoting hormonal balance and optimum blood and energy flow to the pelvic area and by reminding us women of our cyclical nature and bringing us back into a loving, curious and accepting relationship with our bodies and, through them, with our original procreative energy.
You may be motivated to come out of a general desire to reconnect with and to nurture yourself, or it may be because you are looking for help with some specific issue. Either way, you are very welcome to join us.
These sessions are based on the knowledge and experience that I have gathered over more than 15 years of deep interest in natural healing and women's health - sparked by my own four-year fertility journey that led to the birth of the first of my three children.
