Yoga is a great way to work out when you’re pregnant. It strengthens the body for birth while also stretching the tight muscles often associated with pregnancy. Yoga also helps expectant mothers connect with their breath, an important part of managing labour. The class will consist of a relaxing flow of postures, breathwork (pranayama) and relaxation techniques (yoga nidra) to help calm the mind and relax the body. Please check with your doctor or midwife before signing up to the class that they are happy for you to take part.

Price: £40 for 5 classes. (£9 drop in available for your first class if you want to try it out first!)
Class details: 6.45pm arrival for 7pm start. 1 hour class.
Booking: Please book in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please bring a yoga mat with you. (I do have a few spare mats available but these will need to be booked in advance)
