Pregnancy classes Saturday 9.30-10.30
Classes are designed to keep you fit, supple and energised as your body changes. We practice postures that relieve common pregnancy ailments and build strength and stamina for labour. We work on the breath as your most powerful ally to relieve pain, relax and facilitate delivery but also to connect with your growing bump. Yoga also helps with emotional well-being and offers an opportunity to share your experience with other expectant mothers.
