Every Wednesday 1030 - 1130 Postnatal yoga with your baby is the best way to heal and strengthen your body-mind after the birth and to be nurtured and supported in a safe and warm environment with other new mothers. My classes are informal, friendly and fun: there is no planned schedule, every session is different to suit the need of the women in the moment - and the babies really make their own rules! So expect babies feeding, crying, sleeping, being changed or cuddled...whilst we work with gentle yoga movements, breathing practices and relaxation techniques to help you calming and soothing your mind, restoring your vitality and stabilising your body after pregnancy and birth. And lots of integrated practices with the babies, singing and massage. This class is suitable for newborn to crawling babies. No previous experience of yoga is needed.
