Go with the Flow Yoga is about getting out of our heads and finding joy in movement. We practice letting go of expectation and judgement, moving with compassion and surrendering to the natural ebb and flow of life.
Classes are taught in the style of Vinyasa Flow which means that they are fun, dynamic and energizing.
Emphasis is placed on using the breath to guide the body through movements. Classes are accessible to all and students are encouraged to listen to their body. You will learn to let your body be your guide.
A regular yoga practice increases flexibility and muscle tone, whilst the flowing nature of the vinyasa style provides a cardiovascular workout.
In class Jen places a focus on building strength and balance whilst creating shapes. The beauty of yoga is that this in turn brings strength and balance to life beyond the mat and calms the mind. You will leave class feeling more centered and at ease with yourself.
Jen aims to create a warm, friendly and comfortable environment and adopts a nurturing approach.
You don’t have to feel like you are flexible to practice yoga. With time, increased flexibility is only one of the benefits you will enjoy. If you can breathe and have the desire to live a more fulfilled and present life, then yoga is for you. Take some time for yourself and create space in the body and mind to grow
