Two Yoga practices that are safe and open to Postnatal students or those who are wishing to take a softer approach to their Yoga Practice. Time will be spent in asana that is modified to create strength and stamina without putting strain on the body, instead aiding the healing of postnatal recovery. And this is why these practices are beneficial to those who need a softer gentler practice, as you will be guided through every asana with great care and attention to your needs what ever they may be that day.
