Dynamic classes start with an active standing sequence followed by a slower seated sequence ending with relaxation. This combination improves strength, suppleness, flexibility and balance. Throughout, breathing allows us to go deeper into each posture and be more present. These classes are suitable for everyone regardless of age, flexibility or previous experience because I offer variations to suit your needs whether you want a challenge or not.
