thank you for the lovely Women’s Yoga weekend at Hawkwood back in February, and also for the wealth of knowledge that you shared during the ‘Yoga for Women’s Health’ course in London late last year.  Having suffered from menstrual problems for decades, I have found so many of the resources you offered a revelation.  My teaching has changed as a result, as has my own healing journey.

Santosa Eco Yoga Camps

Near Glastonbury, August 20 – 28th 2011

For the past six years, I have been facilitating Santosa: a special heart warming gathering of yoginis and yogis. We started out in the Healing Field near Glastonbury, and now there are camps in the Cotswolds and in County Clare, Ireland, too. I offer womb yoga and yoga nidra workshops nationally and internationally, including In-service training days for teachers, and experiential learning in a variety or environments including women’s retreats, yoga teacher training courses, camps and in-service trainings for yoga teachers.
