Mel loves sharing the empowering and healing practices of yoga with women at all stages of life, and believes that yoga offers us tools to guide us through menstruality, pregnancy, child-birth, post-natal recovery and the stages of the menopause. Mel has attended well woman yoga therapy (womb yoga) teacher training with Uma as well as various workshops, retreats and the total yoga nidra teacher training. Mel runs a weekly women's yoga class on Tuesday mornings at Bristol City Yoga as well as regular Restorative Afternoon workshops involving restorative yoga and yoga nidra practices to calm and restore body, mind and soul.
