Rachel employs a down-to-earth yet light-hearted approach and is keen to make her classes accessible to all levels of experience from complete beginners to experienced yogis. She offers plenty of modifications and opportunities for progression and encourages students to make the practice their own. Having continued her yoga journey throughout two pregnancies, Rachel has learnt a lot about how much yoga has to offer women at this time of incredible change. So, in March 2016, she completed her pregnancy teacher training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Lisa White at YogaCampus. This was a hugely inspiring training and she can’t wait to share these nourishing and empowering practices with you.
