My approach to yoga is gentle and mindful, with a primary focus on the breath and releasing tension. I was drawn to Womb Yoga through my own experiences with endometriosis. As a teacher I blend my Scaravelli-inspired teaching background with the Womb Yoga approach to create a nourishing and supportive practice. I am available for private classes in London on evenings and weekends.
