Since I discovered yoga around 19 years ago I have found my practice to be an incredibly powerful tool for positive change in my life. I have practised in various styles and traditions including Iyengar, Sivananda and Yin Yoga and I draw on these different traditions in her classes. I have completed courses Well Women Yoga Therapy and Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Yoga Nidra Teacher & Facilitator training with Nirlipta Tuli and Lucy Arnsby Wilson, Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater and Teen Yoga Training with Charlotta Martinus. I hold weekly Hatha Yoga classes, Young Woman (aged 11-18) Yoga Circles and Teen Yoga classes and monthly Well Woman Yoga Circles in SE London. I also see clients 1-1.
