♥ Full moon ceremony to strengthen the connection to your femininity ♥
♥ Exploring femininity and the Norse goddesses ♥
♥ Yoga to support and nurture ♥
WELCOME HOME to yourself!
This deep dive into the powerful qualities of the Norse Goddesses, including Freya and Frigga, is a rare chance to combine deep yoga practice in the beauty of Norewegian nature with the heart-felt experience of indigenous spiritual traditions.
This is potent combination of Deep Nurture through Total Yoga Nidra, sound baths, song, drumming, restorative yoga and the circles of sharing from the heart, with the powerful energising connection of magnificent nature and the honouring of the Norse Goddesses. Healing yoga, sound vibrations, pranayama (breath practices) and rhythmic spiral movements (inside and outside, beneath the sun and the moon) will truly nourish your heart and soul. Every day portents a rich programme of all these experiences. All sessions are optional, and there will be plenty of time also to enjoy excellent food and the awesome beauty of the Norwegian countryside.
In this special time and place, you are invited to dive deep into the roots of the ancient Norse goddesses, and experience how a devotional and heart-based approach to yoga moment, breath and yoga nidra can reawaken your soul connection to the power of the Deep Feminine in these lands.
The retreat is over the time of the Full Moon, and the moment of fullness will be celebrated and honoured, so that everyone present can welcome the energising and nurturing light of the moon to lift their spirits and deepen their roots into their own spirit’s purpose.
I am honoured to have been invited to be part of this retreat event and invite you, and your friends and daughters, granddaughters and nieces to join us in this special gathering
