These special workshops are an opportunity to experience deep restoration and nourishment through yoga nidra, rhythmic movement, sound, healing breath, meditations, chants and sharing. Each circle has a particular theme, and all are interconnected, so we encourage you to attend the whole day and evening to get the full benefit, although of course you are welcome to come when you like and stay as long as you are able… it is an informal, welcoming and friendly environment for all women to feel welcome and to be nurtured and held in yoga practice specially to support all aspects of women’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and psychic health.
Morning circle: Welcoming healing, nurture and reconnection - honouring the EARTH in our bodies
10:00 – 13:30
Focus on total yoga nidra and yoga for support and uplift for the pelvic floor and pelvic organs.
Especially of interest to postnatal and perimenopausal, menopausal and women in the mature years.

1030 Nourishing yoga nidra practice with restorative poses, sound and meditations.
1115 Gentle awakening movements and stretches.
1130 Tea and sharing circles - honouring the deep feminine.
1200 Revitalising movement with uplift practices to support the pelvic organs and restore vitality.
1300 Shared lunch - yoga loft provides soup and breads, you can bring whatever other vegetarian food you would like to share.
Afternoon Circle - Learning to ride with our own power - honouring our own rhythms
14:00 – 17:30
Focus on building sustainable vitality and supporting positive energy in rhythms appropriate to our life stages - including menstrual cycles and menopausal rhythms.
Of interest to women of all ages.

1515 gentle awakening movements and stretches to invite optimal vitality.
1630 Tea and sharing circles - honouring the rhythms of Shakti.

Evening circle - Creativity and Sexuality - twin sisters who can never be parted!

Exploring feminine responses to sexual and creative energies at different stages in our lives. Women of all ages welcome.
Focus on the relationship between creative and sexual energies - in daily life and in yoga practice.
Exploring Matangi and Kamalatmika - the wisdom goddess of creativity and sensual delight.
How do these two aspects of vital energy meet and interconnect in our lives?
How can yoga practice support our creative vitality and delight in life?

1915 Gentle awakening movements and stretches to invite free flow of Shakti.
1945 Sharing circles - honouring the power of the yoginis present.

Suggest €14 for each workshop to cover costs and secure your place, and then beyond that Uma invites gifts -
This covers the cost of hosting the event (venue hire, heating, lighting, Uma’s transport to the venue, prop transport, flowers for the altar, soup for the pot, chocolates for the meditations, teas, coffees etc. Basically the 14 euro is your contribution to make the event happen. This amount does not cover the cost of the teachings.

Please note, this event, like all Uma's inedependent teachings in Ireland throughout 2016, is operating 'off grid' from the usual forms of monetary exchange. Uma is offering all of her independent teachings as a gift to the yogis and yoginis of Ireland. So there is no charge for the teachings shared at this special event, but you are invited to bring cash gifts to give to express your thanks for the loving gift of the teachings, and all the valuable skills and precious time that are offered to make this event possible.
