with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli

at Yoga Dublin Ranelagh, 28a Dartmouth Road, Dublin 6 (D06 HV20), Ireland

ALL MEN AND WOMEN ARE WARMLY WELCOME

ROOTED, ENRAPTURED, NOURISHED AND AWAKENED.
Total Yoga Nidra, Movement, breath, and the sound of the MOTHER DRUM
Growing roots and sprouting wings to let your spirit fly, heal and love. Everyone welcome.

At this time of our Celtic New Year, when the veil between the worlds is thin, celebrate the opportunity for transformation. From the ground up, awaken your connection to the source power of the earth herself

Begin with a delicious descent into Total Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. And then move and breathe and welcome optimal vitality and arousal to the joy of life in every cell of your body, starting with the spaces between your toes, and moving in joyful streams up to the heart.

With attentive sensitivity and strength of purpose and intentions, each and every part of you is enlivened and nurtured with the rhythmic pulse of life. Every single part of the body is moved rhythmically with conscious attention as a meditative awakening of human potential. Optimal vitality, freedom in range of movement, strength and joyful resilience are cultivated through these beautiful practices.

These nourishing and joyful movement sequences are accompanied by breath, poetry, song and the pure delight of sharing the source of life at this tie of change in community with our circles.

The Total Yoga Nidra Experience this evening will be enhanced and supported by the amazing sound vibrational presence of JP Simpson’s Mother Drum, a vast and impressive drum whose sound truly touches the heart. JP witll be playing the drum during gut evening session to assist in our reconnection and healing through the yoga movements, breath and yoga nidra. This is a rare and special treat not to be missed!
