Yoga for pregnancy

A Yoga practice to connect back to yourself, to your baby, and other mother’s to support in the journey of pregnancy and preparation for birth and motherhood.

We will work through movements, postures, breathing and relaxation techniques for both pregnancy and birth.

Pregnancy Yoga is a perfect way to connect with your body, honour your baby and harness your intuition. DoraShala is a beautiful, intimate studio where I would love to welcome you into a class!

I offer Yoga Alliance Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world.

My courses are a result of my studies with Sally Parkes (UK), Jodie Boone (US) and of course Uma Dinsmore. This is combined with my own experience with 4 pregnancies.
