includes important restorative yoga for mums, movement and songs with babies, relaxation to the gentle sounds of the gong.

Thursday mornings at 11am at St Andrews Church in Fulham Fields. Stretch, breathe, nourish and bond. The cafe is open afterwards for cake and chats.

Mum+Baby Yoga is a beautiful way of bonding with your baby, whilst also allowing yourself vital post-natal recovery, and connecting with other mums. DoraShala is a beautiful, small studio where I would love to welcome you soon!

8 week mother & baby yoga course in Streatham, South London

Every Tuesday 10.30-11.30 at Mobberley Rajar building. Class operates term time only. Suitable for babies that arent yet mobile ie aged 8 weeks to approx 9 months. £32 for a 5-week block. £7.50 drop-in price.
Easy stretches and movements to recover from pregnancy. Lots of interaction with baby through sounds, movements and sequences: funny walks, swinging, action songs... This is quieter class where mums also get nurtured.

Fridays 11-12.15 and 1-2.15pm, Amersham Rd Community Centre, Caversham, Reading

Includes a cup of tea and homemade biscuit.

Postnatal Recovery and Baby Yoga sessions offer a therapeutic approach; enhancing healing, vitality and strength. Bringing relaxation, confidence, enjoyment and is a special bonding time for parent and child in a nurturing, friendly and supportive environment.
